This is me, simply Salli.

I'm in my early 20s, married to my best friend & I have two little monsters that call me "mommy."  
Sometimes I wonder how I got so lucky to find such a great man to lean on.  We've been blessed with two children - a sassy pants six year old girl & a one year old sweet lil' boy.  
Our life is so far from perfect and I'm okay with that.  

I started this blog to capture our journey and find myself somewhere in this mess we call “life.”  I love crafting and sewing, saving money and being with my little family.  I'm addicted to Pinterest and I'll admit that I have hoarding potential thanks to the concept of re-purposing.  From cloth diapers to DIY projects to couponing deals of the century and all the ups and downs in between, this blog could take us anywhere!  My hope is for simply Salli to become a place to get together, share experiences and learn from each other.

Aside from the blog, I plan to start a shop where you'll find handmade items created with love.  I'm currently brainstorming about the shop.  You know that feeling you have when you've got so many ideas but you just don't know what to go with?  ...well that's what I've got going on, and usually I just end up going to bed instead of doing something productive...
