Welcome

Here begins the Simply Salli blog
hopefully it grows into something wonderful!

I do consider myself lucky to be a stay at home mom but for anyone that is/has been a stay at home parent, you and I both know it's not easy.  To me, it's like my brain is turning to mush because all day there is no one here to carry on an intelligent conversation with.  I'm constantly planning out the day so that I can make sure to sneak in a shower as soon as the baby is asleep and hopefully find time to eat lunch (a pb&j almost everyday because it's easy and delicious).  I am so excited to get this website started and have a place to exercise my brain.  ;)

This blog has so many possibilities.  From kids crafts to cloth diapering to DIY inspiration and SO much more.  I don't even know where it's going to take us!  But it gives me a reason to dive into all the project ideas I have in mind (thank you, Pinterest).  And I hope that this can grow into a place to get together, share stories, inspire each other and grow together.  

As well as the blog, I'm working on a shop that will be focusing on kids and mommies.  I'll be posting updates to the blog to let you all know what I'm working on.
